Radio/ tv broadcaster/ author/ artist/ puppeteer/ comic/ character actor/ mimic and pantomimist Fred Hall was the show's host/ performer.

"Felix & The Wizard" (later on in the series run; the program was retitled "Hall In Fun!") was also the first NYC based kids tv wraparound show to screen "The Rod Rocket" TV Cartoons and reruns of "The Adventures Of Jungle Boy" TV Shows.
